Mockingbird to Parry | Exposition to Winsted
MISSION
Build an official unified support system for the East and Old East Dallas arts community (art, music, performance), including local businesses supportive of that community. Enrich, educate, and inspire the community through the arts.
GOAL
Connect with the communities in East/Old East Dallas and DFW via an annual art walk, art focused educational events, exhibitions, artist talks/demos, open studios, pop up exhibits, and beautification projects in East Dallas, such as outdoor murals and sculptural works.
The East Dallas Arts District has filed for 501 (c)(3) nonprofit status with the State of Texas and the IRS.
