VOLUNTEER ROLES

Setup and Takedown Help for artists at Caddo Lakewood and 4320 Main St in the Tower 22 District

Help artists displaying their work at each location with setup in the morning and take down in the evening.

Guest Greeter

• Wear your volunteer shirt proudly : )

• Greet visitors

• Pass out maps of the locations and events

•  Let people know where they can find a bathroom

•  Encourage visitors to fill out the email sign up sheet to stay informed about future events

• Please be on time

• Feel free to take photos of the event and share them with Volunteer Board Chair, Natalie Lammers as well as post them on Instagram, inviting the East Dallas Arts District Instagram account to be a collaborator..

• Please contact Natalie with the smallest question.  She has a studio at Art on Main but will be available during the Art Walk, running around between locations.  

• Help give guests directions to other venues from where you are. 

Photographer/Videographer

• Taking photos and videos at all locations, provide them to EDAD board to be used for posting updates on social media, and interacting with followers online.

• Have the ability to load up photos and videos to a shared Google Drive for the EDAD board to access.
