Volunteer Check in table at Art Walk EAST

Greet volunteers when they arrive for their shift. Give volunteers their t-shirt. Make sure they know where they are to go for their shift.

Artist Liaison during Art Walk EAST at CADDO Coworking

• Various responsibilities throughout the day during the art walk:

• Assist artists in setting up their space at CADDO Coworking the day of the art walk.

• Booth sitting for artist breaks.

• Traffic control ~ Help with gatekeeping or directions for participants & artists.

• Assist artists in taking down their space at CADDO Coworking at the end of the day of the art walk.

Guest Greeter

At each of our Art Walk venues we need a volunteer to help attendees with wayfinding for that venue and how to get to other venues. You will be stationed at the entrance of each venue to help direct guests, answer their questions, provide them a map, etc.

Photographer/Videographer

Taking photos and videos at all locations, provide them to EDAD board to be used for posting updates on social media, and interacting with followers online.

Have the ability to load up photos and videos to a shared Google Drive for the EDAD board to access.

Floater

Provide support to other teams as needed throughout the Art Walk. For example, if a different team has a no-show, a floating volunteer can step into that role to fill any gaps.

Everyone who signs up to volunteer will be sent a link to a SignUp Genius form where you can sign up for a specific shift for the role you choose.
