Unlock Your Inner Light Workshop

Friday, May 9th from 6-8pm
Cost: $25
Ever felt like something was "off" but couldn't quite put your finger on it?
You might be experiencing an imbalance in your chakras! Don't worry, we're not getting too "woo-woo" here – chakras are energy centers in our body that, when active and balanced, help us feel our best.
In this enlightening and relaxing workshop, we'll explore the fascinating world of the seven main chakras.
But what exactly are chakras, you ask? Think of them as invisible spinning wheels of energy that run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each one is associated with different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Here's what you can expect:
A friendly, down-to-earth presentation on chakras – no prior knowledge needed!
Gentle movements and exercises to help you connect with each energy center
Practical tips for incorporating chakra balancing into your daily life
A supportive, judgment-free environment to explore and ask questions
Whether you're a curious newcomer or a seasoned yogi, this workshop is perfect for all levels. By the end of our session, you'll leave feeling refreshed, aligned, and empowered with new tools to nurture your inner light.
What to bring:
A notebook for jotting down insights (trust us, you'll want to remember this stuff!)
Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
So come on, let's demystify chakras together and unlock the power within you! This might just be the boost you've been looking for to feel more centered, confident, and in tune with yourself.

About Emily:
Emily Lamberty attended her first yoga class at the Cosmic Cafe back in 2002. She was an aspiring photographer / mixed media artist back then. A move to New York in 2009 to study Feng Shui and Vital Design with William Spear completely transformed her life. Over those character building years, Emily noticed she turned to yoga and art when looking to heal from physical and emotional trauma.
After seven years of character building in New York, Emily moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2016. By then her yoga practice had become consistent and aligned with her Feng Shui practice. She started teaching yoga in 2017. With a strong foundation in anatomy and alignment, Emily primarily focuses on a therapeutic approach rooted in Taoism with additional training in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga for Cancer.
Emily moved back to Dallas in February 2023. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share what nourishes her soul the most: Art, Feng Shui, and Yoga.
