Nancy Nolley
Nancy Nolley is the Founder and Sole Proprietor of Your Brilliant Path, LLC. She is dedicated to helping individuals find fulfilling careers and fostering their personal growth. Her personal mission revolves around guiding people on their path through challenging life transitions.
Nancy brings over 35 years of experience with organizations including Mary Kay Inc., Frito-Lay, KPMG, Kaiser Permanente, and the University of California at San Francisco, where she honed her skills in recruitment and employee development. She has also facilitated personal foundation workshops at Sober Living Houses and for Residential Alcohol Rehabilitation programs in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California. Additionally, she has held leadership positions with non-profit organizations, including Leadership Texas and Leadership Texas Alumni Association, Leadership Arlington, the Women’s Center of Dallas, and the Santa Barbara Newcomers Club. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Sociology. Her experience has led to professional relationships with community leaders and organizations.
Nancy has guided hundreds of clients through various career and personal development stages, providing support in career assessment, resumé writing, interviewing skills, confidence building and establishing a support system.
Through her experiences, Nancy founded Your Brilliant Path, LLC, with an approach that involves two complementary programs, one that aids individuals in their job search and the other to enhance and strengthen their personal foundation.
About the Author
Dacher Keltner is a professor of psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and the faculty director of UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. A renowned expert in the science of human emotion, Dr. Keltner studies compassion and awe, how we express emotion, and how emotions guide our moral identities and search for meaning.
