Artist story and creative journey
Enjoy creating mixed media collages and other unique art.
I didn't pick up a paint brush until i was in to retirement and wish i had started earlier. I recently started doing mixed media collages using scrap fabric and paint. I'm having fun creating and hope you like what you see.

Inspiration and artistic perspective
What inspires my art? Who knows, other than the pure joy of seeing what happens during the process.

Creative process
My watercolors might start with a sketch but my collages are usually just a rough idea in my mind. I start laying down pieces of fabric and eventually find myself saying "hey, that might work"

Experiences that shaped my work
was over 75 years of age when i first picked up a paint brush and am just turning 80. I guess you could say i'm kind of a Grandpa Moses.
