My name is Stephen Houpt. I have been recording and playing live for about twelve years. I have nine albums and three singles on Spotify and Apple Music. I have played at many different venues over the years, including Poor David's Pub, the Four Bullets Brewery, the Wine Therapist, Checkered Past Winery, Austin Street Homeless Shelter, and the Taos Inn in New Mexico. I also play at farmers markets, music festivals, private parties, etc. I play acoustic lap steel slide guitar and harmonica and vocals. I sometimes play with big blues bands and sometimes as part of an acoustic duo or trio. I have written many songs. I have played with many female vocalists over the years, currently playing with Mindy May.
